La Esquina Sandwiches Pop Up at the Franklin Bar was an absolute treat, especially during Nigerian Independence week. The fish was seasoned to perfection, the suya sampler offered a delicious variety, and the lamb was truly top tier, tender and packed with flavor. These pop-ups are more than just about the food; they're a powerful way to bring local businesses together and foster collaboration within the community.

Turn around for a walk in was very quick. The food was delicious a pretty decent portion and very filling. Very healthy option for what I'm assuming is fairly authentic. It is not what I would call spicy but it is properly seasoned, and I enjoyed every single bite. The aioli was a wonderful compliment all of the other items. It is a bit difficult to mix everything together in the bowl.
